Washington Post Education blogger Jay Matthews wakes up and realizes that cheating is rampant on tests and quizzes in American Schools.  The cause?

"...Students are protecting themselves against widespread insecurity in a declining America."

And offers this advice:

"Perhaps if we took cheating more seriously on exams that affect high school grades, our students would not cheat and would have more respect for us."

Ya think?
