A report in today's Atlanta Constitution-Journal has revealed that Atlanta Public Schools are systematically targeting teachers that report cheating on standardized tests. Teachers who report cheating are targeted for "ethics investigations" and are simply labeled "disgruntled teachers." The Atlanta school board is in a state of organizational failure and as a result, APS is currently under probation by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.
