D.C. school officials are investigating 14 security breaches by students and teachers during last month's standardized testing. This comes on the heels of the discovery of abnormally high erasures on last year's tests at several DC schools and put academic gains under out last year's scores from three classrooms with "evidence or a strong suspicion of a test security violation."  The academic gains occured in a period where reformer Michell Rhee led DC's public school system.
