Now you're fired, now your not:

“They called me at lunch to come down to the central office with my principal,” she said. “(Fleming) more or less told us, since they didn’t have any documentation, they would reinstate me.”

Since leading a public school class in prayer is unconstitutional, the school had the right to fire her. She allegedly was reinstated because they had no documentation to prove the warning but now that she has her job back, she has vowed to continue leading her class in prayer. I would hope that the school has learned it lesson and has served her with a written warning so that next time she leads her class in prayer, they will fire her on the spot as she deserves.

Charles - Somehow, the school administrators will screw it up.

You can count on it. It will take a Federal lawsuit to get the correct outcome.
