A lawyer representing a Lower Merion students revealed the depth of the laptop spying program and the staff's attitude towards it.  First, pictures, screenshots and access history were regularly sent to school IT staffers.  School mployees with access to the images "marveled at the tracking software." It was like a window into "a little LMSD soap opera," a staffer is quoted as saying in an e-mail to Carol Cafiero, the administrator running the program.

"I know, I love it," she is quoted as having replied.

Sounds like the school staff knew exactly what they were doing and were having fun doing it.
