Once again showing that the Zero Tolerance dictatorship mentality is hurting students more than helping.  This time at the ultimate, and unfortunate expense of a student's life.  Nick Stuben a Fairfax, Washington high school student made the mistake of buying a drug called JWH-018, a synthetic compound with a marijuana-like effect. A legal drug that Nick tried and decided to never try again.  He got caught by school officials and got suspended, restricted from school grounds, and transferred to another high school. In the process Nick apologized for his actions to everyone involved. His apology was not accepted and the punishment was given. Devastaded by the draconian punishment, Nick went into a depression and ultimately took his life.  NOW is it time to change these zero tolerance policies or should we wait for more kids to totally give up on life????
