Salt Lake City's Granite City school district has forbidden faculty from friending students on Facebook. Explaination:  "I think it's very good because I think it's a check and balance on the Facebook," said Helen Mellen, teacher at Olympus High School. "I think they get out of hand. They can become very dangerous."
